Step 4: Complete the Registration Form

Name: Use your real first and last name. Avoid unusual characters, emojis, or markup.
Email: Use an email address you can access immediately (you must verify the email address entered).
Phone: Use a valid mobile number that can receive SMS messages (include country code if prompted).
Zip Code: Use a valid postal zip code for your location.
Password: Your password must meet the complexity requirements shown during signup.

Step 5: Verify Your Email

After clicking Register Account, you will be redirected to the confirmation page to enter verification codes.
You will receive a verification email from Rocket Geek LLC via Amazon Cognito (the sender address can vary based on configuration).
Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Enter the email verification code to continue.
The email verification code will expire in 72 hours

Step 6: Verify Your Password

After your email is verified, you may be asked to enter your password to continue the enrollment process.
This step helps confirm you are the person who created the account before SMS verification is completed.
During enrollment, access is limited to verification steps only.

Step 7: Verify Your Phone (SMS)

After email verification is complete, an SMS verification code will be sent to the phone number you entered.
Enter the SMS code to complete verification.
Once both email and SMS verification are complete, your account is ready to use.
